Cancelation Late No-Show  

Cancellation Notice: We kindly request that clients provide a minimum notice period, such as 48 hours, for any appointment cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the slot to another client and manage our schedule efficiently.

 

Late Arrival: If a client arrives late for their appointment, we may need to adjust the services to fit within the remaining time. However, in cases where the delay significantly impacts our ability to serve the client effectively, it may be considered a no-show.  A Late fee of $20.00 may be charged.

No-Show Charges: In the event of a no-show, we may charge a fee of appointments. This helps compensate for the lost time and resources dedicated to the client's appointment. It's important to familiarize yourself with the specific no-show policy in effect at our salon, as details may vary. We strive to provide excellent service to all our clients and appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our no-show policy. The No show fee is a Minium of $25.00 but could it be up to 100% of the service.

We respect your privacy, keep your personal information confidential, and use secure online transactions. Your safety and privacy are important to us

 

Deposits and Refunds

 

A deposit may be required depending on the services and the technician. This deposit policy is typically a small amount of money that is collected in advance to secure the appointment slot. This is to minimize no-shows or late cancellations, as these can be disruptive to our business and result in lost revenue. 

Our salon has a no refund policy. Once a service is rendered or a deposit is paid, we cannot provide reimbursement for cancellations or no-shows. We encourage clients to inform us in advance if rescheduling is needed. Exceptions to this policy may be considered at the discretion of salon management. Thank you for understanding.
